Barry Mah, CPA, CA, CFA, is the Global Head of Operations responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure that Krypton provides a premium service offering focusing on the specialized needs and local responsiveness required by Krypton’s clients.

Barry has been in the financial services industry since 1992 and has extensive experience in the alternative funds and insurance linked securities industry including acting as a fund director for hedge funds, Principle Representative and Insurance Manager representative for Bermuda insurance entities.

Before joining Krypton, Barry held executive management positions with Prime Management Limited, a division of SS&C, as Vice President and Bermuda Country Head, and with HSBC Global Fund Services as a Vice President.

Barry is a solutions-driven leader with an analytical and strategic mind who can identify complex issues where every detail counts. He is a proven leader with high personal performance standards and is always striving for excellence.

Barry has 25+ years of professional experience. Prior to joining Krypton, Barry worked with Prime Management Limited, a division of SS&C, for nine (9) years, HSBC Global Fund Services for eleven (11) years and with PWC in Canada and Bermuda for six (6) years.

Barry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Chartered Professional Accountant, and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta and the CFA Institute.
