The Board of Directors is comprised of Mr. Roderick White and Mr. Stephen Castree. Krypton Fund Services (Bermuda) Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Bermuda whose registered office is at Mintflower Place, Third Floor, 8 Par-La-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08 Bermuda. The Board of Directors is comprised of Mr. Roderick White, Mr. Stephen Castree and Mr. Myles Orchard. The entity is licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Fund Administration Provider Business Act 2019 and the Corporate Service Provider Business Act 2012.
