Jyna Heinicke is Head of Investor Services overseeing the daily operations for Bermuda and other offices where Krypton operates. She has been a leader at various financial firms, most recently as an Associate Director at Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services (Bermuda) where she was instrumental in the establishment of Equinoxe from its launch. Jyna has over fifteen (15) years experience in the alternative industry and has extensive knowledge of transfer agency, anti-money laundering standards, workflow management, and systems design and implementation.

Jyna is a resourceful, creative problem solver whos depth of knowledge is particularly useful for troubleshooting and support in the systems and transfer agency area.

Previous to Equinoxe, she worked with BISYS in Bermuda (now CitiGroup) where she had worked since 2001, latterly serving as the Group Manager responsible for Shareholder Services. Jyna was accountable for service delivery to numerous clients, bespoke reporting, and special projects on the transfer agency platform.

Jyna was with Funds as a business development representative and Nesbitt Burns as branch administrator. Jyna graduated from Centennial College, Toronto in 1999 and has further accreditations including the CSC from the Canadian Securities Institute.
