As Krypton’s COO, Kelly is responsible for providing leadership and overseeing the overall business operations to drive strategic and sustainable growth. Kelly has been in the financial services industry for 19 years bringing extensive experience inclusive of operational management, corporate finance, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Krypton, Kelly was with Apex Fund Services as Senior Manager, Integrations. Leveraging her experience across the operational and corporate aspects of fund administration, Kelly was responsible for providing oversight, structure, and management to the integration of several of acquired administration entities. Kelly joined Apex from Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services, where she was Director, Regional Financial Controller. Prior to taking on the corporate finance role, Kelly was responsible for Equinoxe’s US Operations inclusive of client relations, work-flow enhancements, internal controls under SSAE18, and direct oversight and management of the operations team. Kelly joined Equinoxe from MadisonGrey, LLC in 2010 where she started with MadisonGrey as one of the original employees in 2003. She was instrumental in the implementation and execution of operational processes and corporate planning serving as Controller and Vice President of Operations. Kelly has a BBA in accounting from the University of North Georgia.
