Krypton Fund Services Holdings Ltd (“Krypton” or the “Company”) an independent premium alternative investment services provider with a global footprint, is excited to announce the addition to its board of directors Mr. Stephen Castree who joins the Board as Chairman.

Mr. Stephen Castree joins the Board of Directors and provides further oversight and governance to the Company. Mr. Castree has founded and operated many businesses as both Chief Executive Officer (‘CEO’) and Director, and, specialising in fund administration, was a Director of Tranaut Fund Administration as well as founder and CEO of Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services. Stephen currently holds several board-level roles in businesses at varying stages of their growth cycle.

His experience in the financial services spans over 20 years, bringing both global fund knowledge working with both independent and global bank-owned administrators. Stephen began his career in London with Price Waterhouse, training as a Chartered Accountant, and relocated to Bermuda in 1998. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA.
